Biography
Since September 2021, as a certified ACC ICF coach based out of Switzerland, I am working with people across multiple countries in Europe. I am primarily helping women in corporate careers settle into their new roles with ease, calm and confidence.
As a Confidence, Professional Development and Mental Fitness Coach, I help my clients tap into their inner power to be able to go through any challenges ahead, feel relaxed and joyful while doing so and maintain healthy work-life-balance.
Before, I became a coach, I worked in a number of large international organizations, like Amazon, Panalpina or HEINEKEN. I worked in 3 different countries and gained more than 10 years of HR experience in roles ranging from recruitment, through SAP-SuccessFactors systems’ implementation to Learning and Development. The experience of living in different countries and re-inventing myself with every moved has made me better equipped to support my expat clients and those who deal with confidence-crisis in their new jobs.
I am also a certified Insights Discovery Model practitioner helping my clients create awareness of their behavioral preferences and those of around them to create effective working relationships, especially with their ‘difficult’ stakeholders. In my last corporate job, I stepped into a role of a facilitator, which set me out to continue on this path. Since May, 2021, I became a volunteer for ICF Switzerland, supporting HR and Marketing & Communication streams.
In January 2021, I completed my coaching training with MMS Worldwide Institute, LLC and in September the same year, I got my ACC certification.
I believe that everyone deserves to feel happy and fulfilled in their career and through that radiate joy in their lives. I feel strong about supporting women who struggle with imposter syndrome, perfectionism or self-doubt, as in my experience they are usually those who outperform and overdeliver. I am passionate about helping them become aware of their strength and inner power and to become more self-confident, bold, calm and happy at work.
My clients shared that they feel more relaxed, confident and better equipped to handle challenges after working together. They also feel more self-compassionate and less in a need of approval from others.
