Verda is currently an Adjunct Professor at TIAS Business school for leadership development. And She is running her own company where they design and deliver variety of leadership development programs, Oaktree Me. Her company vision is “ To help people discover themselves and live their true potential.” And she says” This is only possible with  the best coaches in the world” and she wants to be part of the journey with MMS to help develop these coaches.

Beside the different leadership development programs that she delivers for executive – MBA students at TIAS, she teaches stress management and takes executives on Transformational Leadership Trails.

Previously, Verda worked for  Philips  more then 20 years in diverse positions like Country Manager, Global Marketing Director, Commercial Manager, Global Change Management Lead and lived in Istanbul, US, London and is currently living in Eindhoven/NL.

Verda has graduated as electronics engineer in Istanbul, continued her education in marketing and management. in 2013 she completed our MMS ICF ACTP which gave her another piece of her life journey. She loved coaching so much that she did her masters on coaching!  Verda became an executive coach at Philips and became part of the leadership development program at Global Philips as a facilitator. She is currently working as an executive coach within and outside of TIAS. She is very passionate about coaching and its potential to make a positive difference in people’s lives.  She continues her education with a post academic study at Radboud University on Mindfulness.
