Fostering relations of trust while empowering others with vision and positive energy, as well as supporting them in their own growth are my driving forces. As a result, I have been able in my 25 years of professional experience to enable development of individuals in multiple countries, create value, advance HR initiatives, and improve processes in always changing international environments. I strongly believe that people are the most valuable and important asset in any organization and that identifying talents, supporting, developing, coaching, retaining and empowering them is key!

I am a proud mom of two fantastic teenagers, an HR professional, ICF certified and MMS trained Coach, with extensive experience in coaching individuals, talent management, cross-border, multicultural teams’ leadership, and strategic business partnering with senior management. Having lived abroad for over 25 years in a multinational set-up, I gained extensive experience with individuals from diverse personal and professional backgrounds and cross-cultural environments.

After finishing my MSc in Business Administration in 1996 I joined HeidelbergCement Group, a 60000 employees, global and geographically dispersed organization, where I worked for 23 years. As HR Director of various geographical regions (Europe, Africa and Middle East) and global trade, I worked directly for 3 different CEOs and acted as senior business partner and coach for top managers in various countries. In 2021 I joined ACG International http://www.acgint.com, a management consultancy firm operating globally, and as the HR Director provide HR consultancy to our external clients, with the majority of my time spent on what I am most passionate about: coaching!

Supporting individuals with finding their own answers, their solutions, their dreams, their truth and helping them grow and develop both professionally and personally, is truly the greatest honor, happiness and reward for me. My international human resources experience, cultural awareness, and passion for human growth and development form the basis of my service as a global coach. 

I speak Fluent English, am bilingual in Polish and French, have good knowledge of German and the basis of Czech and Russian. I coach in English and in French.
