Level 3 is a 45-hour coaching mastery training program designed for Professional Certified Coaches (PCC) who are ready to pursue the MCC credential. The program deepens your integration of the ICF Core Competencies and prepares you for observed feedback and mentor coaching at the highest level.

What is the difference between the ICF ACC and the ICF PCC?
Both are internationally recognized coaching credentials awarded by the International Coaching Federation (ICF).
- ACC (Associate Certified Coach)is the first professional credential and an excellent starting point for new coaches.
- PCC (Professional Certified Coach)is the next credential level and requires additional education, coaching experience, and demonstration of coaching at a higher standard.
The credential that's right for you depends on your goals. During your complimentary Zoom Intake, we'll help you determine the best pathway.
The good news: Every MMS Worldwide Institute TECC program is taught at the highest level of the ICF PCC standard, so you'll develop professional-level coaching skills from the very beginning—even if you choose to apply for your ACC first.
How do I know which program is right for me?
The best place to start is with a complimentary Zoom Intake with one of our educators. We'll discuss your background, goals, and aspirations, then recommend the pathway that's right for you.
As a general guide:
- Level 1 – (66 hours) Ideal if you're new to coaching and beginning your journey.
- Level 2 – (127 hours) Our complete pathway designed to prepare you for the ICF PCC level.
- Level 2b – (66 hours) Designed for coaches who already hold an ICF ACC credential or an ICF Level 1 certificate and want a streamlined route toward their PCC.
I'm completely new to coaching. Can I still join?
Absolutely! Our TECC Level 1 program is specifically designed for individuals with little or no coaching experience. No previous coaching education or credential is required.
From your very first session, you'll begin developing the skills, confidence, and professional presence needed to coach effectively.
I've been coaching for years without an ICF credential. Is this program still worthwhile?
Yes.
Many experienced coaches discover that an ICF credential significantly enhances their professional credibility. Organizations, corporations, and clients increasingly seek coaches with internationally recognized credentials.
An ICF credential demonstrates your commitment to excellence, ethical practice, and professional coaching standards while opening doors to new coaching opportunities.
I'm already an ICF ACC. Can I fast-track to my PCC?
Absolutely, yes!
If you've completed an ICF Level 1 program or already hold your ICF ACC, you may qualify for our TECC Level 2b pathway.
We accept transferable education from eligible ICF-accredited Level 1 programs, allowing many coaches to continue their journey without repeating previous training.
We'll review your credentials during your complimentary Zoom call and recommend the most efficient path forward.
Why do you teach to the ICF PCC standard?
At MMS Worldwide Institute, our TECC program is taught to the ICF PCC standard from Module One onward.
This means you'll learn professional-level coaching skills immediately rather than learning only the minimum requirements for the ACC and having to relearn more advanced coaching later.
Even if you choose to apply for your ACC first, you'll already possess the coaching knowledge and competencies expected at the PCC level, making your future progression much smoother.

What is Mentor Coaching, and why is it so valuable?
Mentor Coaching is where good coaches become exceptional coaches.
While coach education teaches the ICF Core Competencies, Mentor Coaching helps you confidently apply them in real coaching conversations. Working alongside an experienced ICF/MMS Mentor Coach, you'll receive personalized feedback that strengthens your coaching presence, deepens your listening, expands your awareness, and enhances your ability to create lasting transformation for your clients.
At MMS Worldwide Institute, Mentor Coaching is far more than an ICF requirement—it's a personalized journey toward coaching mastery. Guided by experienced PCC- and MCC-credentialed Mentor Coaches, you'll develop greater confidence, refine your coaching skills, and gain a deeper understanding of what distinguishes truly transformational coaching.
Every TECC program includes:
- 3 hours of individual (1:1) Mentor Coaching with personalized coaching feedback.
- 7 hours of interactive group Mentor Coaching, where you'll learn not only from your own coaching, but also from observing and discussing the coaching of others.
What happens if I miss a live Zoom session?
We understand that life happens. If you cannot attend a live class, simply notify your Program Manager. All live Zoom sessions are recorded, allowing you to review the recording, stay current with the program, and earn back your missed hours.
Our TECC team will support you in remaining on track throughout your learning journey.
How do I apply for my ICF credential?
At MMS Worldwide Institute, we make the ICF credentialing journey clear, structured, and fully supported.
Your TECC program provides the ICF-approved coach education and Mentor Coaching required for your credential application. Throughout the program, you'll build real coaching experience by working with peers and clients while developing the confidence, competence, and professional presence to coach at the highest standards.
From your first day of training through your ICF application, we'll guide you every step of the way by helping you:
- Build coaching confidence through the ICF Core Competencies.
- Develop professional coaching skills through practice, observation, and feedback.
- Gain meaningful coaching experience while attracting new paying clients.
- Successfully prepare for the ICF credentialing process and pass the ACC and the Credentialing Exams.

How many coaching hours do I need for an ICF credential?
The International Coaching Federation (ICF) requires coaches to complete both coach education and coaching experience before earning a credential.
- Associate Certified Coach (ACC)
To earn your ACC credential, you'll need:

- 100 total coaching hours (1on1, or small group)
- At least 75 hours must be paid coaching
- The remaining 25 hours may be paid or pro bono (volunteer) coaching
- Professional Certified Coach (PCC)
To earn your PCC credential, you'll need:

- 500 total coaching hours (ACC 100 + 400 new hours)
- At least 450 hours must be paid coaching
- The remaining 50 hours may be paid or pro bono (volunteer) coaching
All coaching hours must be completed with real coaching clients and meet ICF credentialing requirements.
